My window won't lock properly — can you fix it?

In most cases yes. Window lock issues are often down to misalignment, a worn mechanism or a broken handle — all of which I can usually fix quickly and affordably.

What is an espagnolette mechanism?

It's the multi-point locking mechanism found in many uPVC windows. When one of these fails, the window won't lock securely. I can repair or replace them on most window types.

Can you fit window restrictors?

Yes — restrictors limit how far a window can open, which is especially useful if you have young children or want to improve security without replacing the whole window.

Do you work on older sash windows?

Yes, I work on sash windows as well as modern casement and uPVC windows.
